FRENCH BASTARDS ASK OUR HELP!
SUPPORT PASCALE ODIEVRE!
SIGN THE PETITION!
Pascale, one of 400,000 "Des sous X (born under X) who were legally and anonymously abandoned in France, has taken her case to the European Court of Human Rights asking that her records be opened, arguing that France's law runs counter to the EC's Convention on Human Rights. If she wins, France will come under pressure to amend its "sous X laws" and be forced to pay Pascale $75,000 in damages. Pascale's suit is opposed by the Catholic Church, some adoptive parents, and the French adoption industry.
